作者简介 Mark B. Weiss, C.C.I.M., is the president of Mark B. Weiss Real Estate Brokerage, Inc., which he founded in 1988. His firm is a leader in sale of commercial and investment property for private owners, financial institutions, and corporations and trusts. A graduate of DePaul University, Mr. Weiss holds many affiliations, including: Director of the Chicago Association of Realtors, and Chairman of the Commercial Investment Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Realtor’s National Marketing Institute, and the Real Estate Investment Association. Mr. Weiss often appears on local television programs as a real estate expert for interviews and panel discussions. Dan Baldwin is a full-time professional writer.
